At Rainman Cards, we strive to get your orders delivered safely and efficiently. Please read the details below to understand how shipping works for all purchases, pre-orders, and membership-related orders.
1. Order Processing

In-stock items: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Pre-orders: Pre-order items will ship once the product is released from the distributor.
2. Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

All orders are carefully packaged to protect cards, boxes, and sealed products during transit.

Tracking information is provided for every shipment.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Membership discounts do not apply to shipping costs.
4. Shipping Delays

While we work closely with distributors (GTS & Mad Al Distributors), shipping timelines may vary due to distributor delivery schedules or high-demand product releases.

Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping of pre-order and allocated items after the product is released to us.
5. International Shipping

Currently, Rainman Cards ships domestically only.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund when appropriate. If longer than 7 days since marked delivered and you have not recieved the package, you waive the right for a replacement or refund.
