Shipping policy

At Rainman Cards, we strive to get your orders delivered safely and efficiently. Please read the details below to understand how shipping works for all purchases, pre-orders, and membership-related orders.

1. Order Processing

  • In-stock items: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Pre-orders: Pre-order items will ship once the product is released from the distributor.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • All orders are carefully packaged to protect cards, boxes, and sealed products during transit.

  • Tracking information is provided for every shipment.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Membership discounts do not apply to shipping costs.

4. Shipping Delays

  • While we work closely with distributors (GTS & Mad Al Distributors), shipping timelines may vary due to distributor delivery schedules or high-demand product releases.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping of pre-order and allocated items after the product is released to us.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, Rainman Cards ships domestically only.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund when appropriate. If longer than 7 days since marked delivered and you have not recieved the package, you waive the right for a replacement or refund.
